Who this policy covers

This policy describes how Farrell Financial handles personal information collected through this website. Information collected in the course of an advisory relationship is governed by the privacy notice delivered to clients under Regulation S-P.

What we collect through this website

This website does not require you to create an account, and it does not ask you to log in. The only personal information the site collects is what you choose to send us:

  • Your name, email address, and the text of your message, if you use the contact form or send us an email.
  • Your telephone number and anything else you tell us, if you call the office.

We ask you not to send account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other confidential information through the website or by ordinary email, because neither is a secure channel.

How we use it

We use the information you send only to respond to you and, if you become a client, to provide advisory services. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

Service providers

[list every vendor that touches website or inquiry data — web host, email provider, contact form processor, scheduling tool, analytics — and what each receives]

At present no third-party contact form processor is in use; enquiries reach the firm by telephone and email only.

Analytics and cookies

[state whether any analytics or cookies are used. If none, say so plainly. If analytics are added later, this section must be updated before they go live]

How long we keep information

[retention period for website enquiries, and the books-and-records retention that applies to client communications]

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete an enquiry that did not lead to a relationship, by contacting the office. Records we are required to retain under securities regulations cannot be deleted on request.

Children

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
